HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?Original works on stretched canvas, including stunning Caribbean paintings and original tropical art, will ship within 3 - 5 business days (unless otherwise indicated on the art page) and are usually received within 5-10 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?I prefer to ship with UPS for speedy delivery. The UPS Store professionally packs and ships my Caribbean paintings, ensuring they are fully protected and insured right to your doorstep. All orders of my original tropical art, receive a tracking number sent via email after the package has been shipped.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?NO. I provide Free Shipping on all my tropical portfolio paintings to get them safely and promptly to your door! I sell and ship to customers within the continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

I take great pride in my work and want you to be completely happy with your new view. If for any reason you aren’t 100% satisfied with your original tropical painting, please contact me within 3 days of delivery so we can discuss a solution.
If a return is necessary, I accept them within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Please note that because I provide complimentary professional packing, shipping, and insurance to get the painting to you, the cost of return packing, shipping, and insurance is the responsibility of the collector.
Returns will only be accepted if the work is received in its original, pristine condition. We recommend using a professional packing service, as any damage incurred during return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
IF MY ART WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT -- WHAT SHOULD I DO?Damage due to shipping is very rare for my paintings. Each piece of my tropical art will be securely and professionally packed to ensure protection. However, if your original tropical art is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund minus shipping cost fees by following the process outlined on my website's Buying Process page.
DO YOU CREATE CUSTOM COMMISSION PAINTINGS?Absolutely! I love collaborating with collectors to create the perfect Caribbean paintings that enhance their space. For more information on commissioning original tropical art, please send me an email and view the commission process on my website. Because of the extensive upfront communication and samples, return of a commission painting is non-refundable.
